By accessing TenantPASS, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations managed by SoFi Banking standards.
2. Payment Processing
All rent payments are processed through our secure partner, Stripe, and backed by SoFi's financial infrastructure. Users are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds are available.
3. TenantScore™ Usage
TenantScore™ is a proprietary metric. While we aim for 100% accuracy, the score is an estimate of rental reliability based on available data and should be used as one of many factors in screening.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our community standards or engage in fraudulent financial activities.
